Behavioral guidelines:

The Code of Conduct expresses how we should act on a daily basis to realize our philosophy. Byakumatsu will take these guidelines to heart and act accordingly.

1. Be grateful every day

2. Get in touch with the customer’s perspective.

Rather than solely pursuing profits, we aim to be a company that values altruism, is fair, honest and considerate, always sees things from the customer's perspective, and makes "what can we do for our customers" the starting point of our actions through housing.

3. Resolving issues with creative proposals

Flexible and creative thinking is essential to give shape to our customers' ideas and make proposals that directly lead to problem-solving. Based on on-site research and the solid know-how we have cultivated, we will make proposals that will please our customers.
